Step 2: Shake Well
Botanical ingredients may naturally settle over time.
Shake the bottle thoroughly before measuring or consuming a serving to help evenly distribute the formula.

A Zenvy bottle may contain more than one serving.

Step 4: Begin with One Serving
Start with one labeled serving and allow sufficient time to understand how the product affects you before considering any additional serving.
Do not exceed the amount or frequency stated on the bottle.
Take one serving. Wait at least 6-12 hours before considering another serving. Do not exceed the total daily servings as outlined on the each products packaging.
